The 42,500-square-foot, 23-unit project utilizes cross-laminated timber and glulam, with exposed timber balconies and columns. Members of the project team will be available to provide insights on design decisions\u2014including seeking Passive House certification\u2014and lessons learned.<\/p>\n<p>After the tour, join fellow attendees for on-site networking.
